PACT Act

Dear Partners,

As you are likely already aware, effective March 27, 2021, the PACT Act will prohibit shipment and delivery of any e-cigarette, vape pen, advanced refillable personal vaporizer, and component to a personal address.

How does this affect our shipments to you and how can you avoid any potential risks?

1. We will not ship our products (or samples) to a personal address.
2. We will only ship products (or samples) to a business address.
3. An EIN (employer identification number) will be required for all shipments.
4. Fines ($5,000-$10,000) or/and criminal prosecution would be applied to those who do not comply.
